MAT Faculty (Sikar)

Company: Prince Education Hub Location: Sikar, Rajasthan Position: Mental Ability Test Faculty (TGT / PGT) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary Prince Education Hub is looking for passionate, result-oriented, and experienced Mental Ability Test Faculty for TGT/PGT level classes. The candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to train students in logical reasoning, analytical thinking, aptitude, and problem-solving techniques. Candidates with experience in Olympiad, NTSE, Foundation, Competitive Exams, CUET, SSC, Banking, or aptitude-based teaching will be preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mental Ability / Reasoning for TGT & PGT students
- Prepare students for school-level and competitive aptitude examinations
- Develop analytical and logical thinking skills among students
- Create study material, assignments, tests, and practice sheets
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and performance analysis
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and classroom engagement techniques
- Maintain academic discipline and classroom management
- Coordinate with academic team for curriculum planning Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate in relevant field
- Minimum 2 Years Teaching Experience Required
- Experience in English Medium Schools preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory
- Robust command over aptitude and reasoning concepts
- Good classroom management skills Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Foundation / Olympiad / NTSE / Competitive Exam coaching preferred
