A fast-growing D2C and E-commerce business is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and scale business operations. Location: Sikar, Rajasthan CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA Experience: 6+ Years Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End E-commerce Operations Management
- Inventory Planning & Control
- Warehouse & Fulfillment Management
- Order Processing & Dispatch Operations
- Logistics & Courier Partner Management
- Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Process Improvement & Automation
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Operational KPI Tracking & MIS Reporting Ideal Candidate Profile: ✔ Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail or Consumer Brands ✔ Robust understanding of order fulfillment and supply chain processes ✔ Experience managing warehouses and inventory ✔ Hands-on exposure to ERP systems and operational reporting ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to build scalable operational processes This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and drive growth in a rapidly expanding business.
