Computer Operator (Sikar)

Mahatma Gandhi Group of Colleges is seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Operator to support administrative and academic operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer applications, data management, and office software, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain records of college admissions, academics, and administration.
- Operate MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy.
- Manage student databases, fee records, and examination details.
- Assist in preparation of reports, circulars, and official communication.
- Maintain and update institutional documentation as required.
- Coordinate with departments for timely data flow and system updates.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office software or hardware. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of email, internet browsing, and document formatting
- Good typing speed (English & Hindi)
- Familiarity with educational ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills Qualifications & Experience: ✔ Graduate in any stream (preferred: BCA/B.Sc.
