Role Overview The Spoken English Instructor will be responsible for strengthening spoken fluency, pronunciation, confidence, and communication skills among students from Grades 1 to 8. The role requires structured lesson planning, energetic classroom engagement, and the ability to build confident communicators in a disciplined academic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured spoken English sessions for Grades 1-8.
- Focus on pronunciation, vocabulary development, fluency, and conversational confidence.
- Encourage consistent use of English within school premises.
- Design engaging activities including role plays, debates, storytelling, and interactive exercises.
- Monitor student improvement and provide periodic feedback to class teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to align spoken language development with classroom learning.
- Support school assemblies, competitions, and language-focused events.
