Valid registration with the appropriate medical council (e.g., Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council).

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in surgical or critical care environments.

Proficiency in the use of anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitoring equipment.

Robust knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency response protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure patients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure during high-stress situations.

Commitment to continuous career development and adherence to ethical standards in patient care.
