It Infrastructure Manager Bissau

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee, maintain, and improve the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of qualified experience managing networks, servers, and enterprise IT environments, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of all technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems)

Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity

Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance

Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols

Collaborate with vendors and service providers

Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles

Robust knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools

Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs

Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions

Robust problem-solving and leadership skills
