Area Sales Manager (Silchar)

Location: Barak Valley Region (Assam), Mizoram, Tripura Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our UPVC panels in the Barak Valley region of Assam and all locations in Mizoram and Tripura. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel daily, engage with fabricators, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily travel to various locations in Barak Valley, Mizoram, and Tripura.
- Interact with local fabricators dealing in UPVC windows.
- Promote and sell UPVC panels to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively. Compensation:
- Travel and Daily Allowance (TDA): Reimbursed.
- Incentives: Based on turnover. Pay: ₹10,000.00
