Major Areas responsibilities Is responsible for Ensuring that the Executives ,Stores Officers are following the laid down Procedures laid down as per Cgmp for different activities of stores department. Ensuring all Documenting activities, storage of Material in the designated areas, and verification of weight, drum labeling as mentioned in the SOP are completed on daily basis.Assisting the staff to resolve any queries regarding, during the despatch of Finished goods and ensuring that the instructions given are followed strictly. Supervising the activities of Sampling and Repacking of finished goods and documentation of same One point contact between the Marketing team and the Factory for resolving the Daily queries of Marketing department for smooth functioning of Finished goods despatch activity.Ensuring cleanliness in and around the stores department. Verifying weather safety permits are prepared wherever applicable on daily basis. Imparting the training for Department officers whenever necessary. Competent enough to handle the Vendor and government visits / Audits. Delegation of work to other officer if the concerned officer is absent.Assist the superiors to achieve the goals set by the higher management. To maintain the harmony within/outside the departments. Candidate should have experience working in USFDA approved API manufacturing unit. Qualification :BSc/MSc
