Job Title: Store Manager – Chaichun (Siliguri Outlet) Location: Siliguri,West Bengal Company: Chaichun Job Type: Full time Job Summary: Chaichun & Okayti, premium tea brands, are seeking an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to lead our Darjeeling outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, and driving sales growth while maintaining brand standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store targets
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff; manage scheduling and training
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Prepare and review sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to enhance revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role (preferably in tea, retail, or FMCG industry)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
