HR Executive (Siliguri)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Siliguri, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and help build a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and recruitment techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Salary: ₹20,000
