Responsibilities of a German Language Trainer

· Program Planning & Delivery

o Design and implement German language training modules(till B2 level).

o Ensure alignment with Trainers

o Ensure Uniformity across the centres

o Schedule training sessions, workshops, or cultural events for continuous development.

o Address academic concerns and maintain student engagement.

Assessment & Evaluation

o Monitor performance outcomes and suggest improvements.

o Manage teaching resources, and study material distribution.

Cultural Promotion

o Promote German culture through events, film screenings, debates, or exchange programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Certification in German language proficiency (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat C1) or equivalent qualification. 1 Year Offline experience in teaching German at various levels, preferably with students preparing for exams. Robust communication skills in both English and German (spoken and written). Deep understanding of German grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Ability to teach using contemporary, interactive, and student-centric teaching methods. Patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and engage students. Knowledge of the cultural aspects of German-speaking countries and the ability to integrate that into language lessons.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹850,000.00 per year
