Production Floor Manager Siliguri

Job Role: Floor Production Manager

Industry: Fashion / Garment Manufacturing

Team Size: Managing around 50 karigars (tailors/artisans)

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily floor production activities from 10 AM to 8 PM. Monitor and manage the performance and output of all karigars. Ensure timely completion of garments and maintain production schedules. Coordinate with vendors for fabrics, trims, accessories, and production requirements. Handle workflow planning and time management to achieve daily targets. Maintain quality standards and reduce production delays or errors. Track attendance, productivity, and efficiency of workers. Solve floor-level issues and maintain smooth communication between management and karigars. Ensure discipline, teamwork, and proper utilization of manpower.
