Tender Management  Identify, track, and evaluate tenders on GEM, CPPP, and PSU e-procurement platforms.  Review eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements before bid participation. 2. Bid Preparation & Submission  Prepare and submit complete technical and financial bids in compliance with tender requirements.  Ensure timely bid submission and error-free documentation on GEM portal. 3. GEM Portal Expertise  Manage company/vendor registration, product catalogues, pricing, and certifications.  Handle reverse auctions, comparative evaluation, and price discovery (L1) effectively. 4. Coordination & Liaison  Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and supporting documents.  Liaise with government departments, PSUs, and procurement officers during tender evaluation. 5. MIS & Reporting  Maintain updated records of tenders, bids submitted, wins/losses, and upcoming opportunities.  Generate regular reports and dashboards for management review. Qualifications :-  Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering (MBA preferred).  Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering & e-procurement.  Proven hands-on expertise in GEM Portal operations is mandatory. Required Skills:  Expert-level knowledge of GEM portal workflows – registration, bidding, auctions, catalogue upload.  Strong documentation, compliance, and contract management skills.  Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and reporting.  Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (written & verbal).  Negotiation and liaisioning ability with government buyers and PSUs.  High attention to detail with solid organizational skills.
