Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branch Head role based in Siliguri. The Branch Head will oversee overall branch operations, including business development, sales management, and service delivery to ensure achievement of branch targets and profitability. The role involves leading, mentoring, and motivating the branch team, driving performance through coaching, reviews, and clear goal setting. The Branch Head will be responsible for developing local business plans, strengthening distribution channels, and building relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders in the region. The role also includes monitoring compliance with regulatory and company policies, ensuring high standards of customer experience, and providing regular performance reports and market feedback to senior leadership.

Qualifications
