As we expand and open our new store in Siliguri, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executives who are passionate about sales, fashion, jewellery, and luxury retail experiences. Role Overview As a Store Sales Executive, you will be one of the key faces of the brand and responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers. You will assist customers in exploring products, understanding their preferences, and helping them make confident purchase decisions. We are looking for individuals who have strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and an interest in luxury jewellery, diamonds, or fashion retail. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales are also welcome.
- Should be fluent in Nepali
- Interest in jewellery, diamonds, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Good communication skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to interact with customers professionally and build rapport.
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products accordingly.
- Guide customers through collections, offers, and product features.
- Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling products naturally. Product Knowledge
- Learn and understand product details, designs, pricing, and materials.
- Stay updated on recent arrivals, collections, and ongoing promotions.
- Communicate product information clearly and confidently to customers. Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, visual displays, and product arrangement.
- Support stock handling, tagging, billing, and day-to-day store activities.
- Ensure products are handled carefully and displayed properly.
- Follow store policies and operational guidelines. Team Support & Reporting
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Share customer feedback and sales insights with the Store Manager.
- Maintain professionalism and positive teamwork at all times. Work Schedule 6-day working week. Weekend and festive season availability required. Probation Period: 3 months Interested candidates can share their resume at: Pay: ₹10,500.00
