Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated QSR Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain operational efficiency, manage staff performance, and achieve sales and profitability goals while upholding company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members and shift supervisors.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies and stock.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs efficiently.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or food service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and versatile shifts.
- Basic financial and reporting skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00
