Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, in office position at our Siliguri office. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, build strong client relationships, develop and implement business strategies, and close deals to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating and delivering sales presentations, participating in client meetings, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maintaining long-term partnerships. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Competitor Analysis
- Experience in Negotiation, Contract Management, and Deal Closing
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation, CRM tools, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
