Solar Mini-Grid Project Engineer, Siliguri

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Mini-Grid Project Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing mini-grid solar power solutions with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, creating system designs, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform electrical design evaluations, and provide ongoing technical support during and after project completion.Qualifications Proficiency in Solar Industry expertise, Solar Power technologies, and Solar Systems implementation Experience in PV Design and the ability to develop photovoltaic system layouts Strong skills in Electrical Design and specifications related to solar mini-grids Familiarity with industry-wide standards and compliance guidelinesDemonstrated project management and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
