Shift Engineer, Siliguri

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain all electrical installations, panels, and distribution systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for routine servicing and emergency repairs.Maintain shift logs, checklists, and safety compliance records. Ensure adherence to safety standards and energy conservation practices. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or facility operations. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HT/LT panels, and DG operations.Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
