Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full time, in office position at our Siliguri office. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, build strong client relationships, develop and implement business strategies, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities include creating and delivering sales presentations, participating in client meetings, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and maintaining long-term partnerships.
