- Job Title: Manager – Safety & Security Reporting to: Facility Head – CFS Kolkata Location: CFS Kolkata Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate Desired Qualification: Post Graduate Required experience range: 8 – 12 years Targeted industry:Logistics/supply chain Division: CFS Department: Safety & Security Roles & Responsibilities: Thrust Areas: The incumbent should ensure that Safety and Security standards are maintained at highest level without compromising of different aspects of safety and security. Effective liaisoning with police authorities for assisting industrial peace in the CFS.

The other thrust areas are as follows:
- Keep the CFS pilferage and incident free zone Make in-house fire fighting team and train them at regular intervals Key Responsibilities: Implementing Safety and Security policies at CFS level and advising management for effective and smooth implementation Tracking CCTV Surveillance through safety & security executives and directing them for proper and effective handling of the same. Keeping the stock of all important CCTV footages Keeping a sharp vigilance and gathering intelligence report. Keeping management updated about the developments Present company in various audits from safety and security point of view such as OHSAS, ISO, C-TPAT and GSV Train the company employees on various safety and security aspects conducting practical sessions Conducting Security Survey i.e. premises, materials, personnel, locating safety hazards, fire hazards, position of extinguishers and hydrants Conducting preliminary investigation of incidents and advising the management for initiating appropriate action. Ensuring that all such incidences are recorded and maintained in Incident Reporting Register Monitoring the work of Security agency deployed at CFS Keep the CFS pilferage free zone Maintaining uniforms code and discipline amongst all contractors Keep the firefighting system / equipment in readiness Keep the CCTV in sound and workable condition Desired Candidate’s Profile: Skills: Should be positive in communication both written & verbal Should be positive in implementing safety and security policies Team player, positive trainer in safety & security Self-starter, Go getter Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4n3en0
