Fleet Executive Siliguri

A Fleet Executive will oversee our company's commercial vehicles, ensuring secure, cost-effective, and productive operations.

Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, driver management, route optimization, fuel consumption tracking, and compliance with local transport regulations.

Core Responsibilities Maintenance & Upkeep: Scheduling preventive repairs and vehicle inspections to minimize downtime. Driver Management: Recruiting, training, and monitoring driver performance and behavior aligned with industry standards and more. Compliance & Admin: Ensuring all vehicles are legally registered, licensed, and adhere to local transport laws. Logistics & Routing: Managing day-to-day dispatch, route planning, and delivery efficiency. Cost Optimization: Tracking budgets, managing fuel programs, and optimizing the vehicle lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. Cost Efficiency: bring efficiency in the overall system and processes by eliminating undue costs and utilizing the life cycle for auto parts, tyres etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹27,000.00 per month
