Senior Manager (Darjeeling)

We are looking for a highly dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager to lead and drive our center’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and mentor the complete team including:

- Academic Counsellors / Sales Team
- Telecallers
- Digital Marketing Team
- Outdoor Marketing & Promotional Activities Team

✅ Drive admissions, revenue growth, and overall business performance.

✅ Plan and execute marketing strategies (both online and offline).

✅ Monitor team performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of business goals.

✅ Develop cutting-edge lead generation and conversion strategies.

Candidate Profile:

✔️ Prior experience in the Education/Training/Skill Development industry preferred.

✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✔️ Proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development.

✔️ Fluent in English and Bengali; knowledge of Hindi is essential.

✔️ Smart worker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

✔️ Result-driven personality whose performance is reflected through measurable outcomes.

✔️ Dynamic, energetic, and capable of handling multiple teams simultaneously.

✔️ Candidates residing in or around North 24 Parganas will be preferred.
