C Operations Executive (Darjeeling)

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on D2C Operations Executive who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of running a fast-paced e-commerce business. You will be the operational backbone of our D2C storefront
- keeping products live, orders moving, listings accurate, and logistics humming. If you get satisfaction from clean dashboards, zero pending orders, and zero listing errors, this role is built for you. Key Responsibilities Shopify Store Operations
• Day-to-day management of the Shopify storefront
- product uploads, edits, collections, price updates, and inventory syncs
• Publish and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, variants, and tags
• Coordinate with marketing to activate sale banners, discount codes, and promotional updates on time
• Monitor and resolve issues related to product visibility, cart/checkout errors, or theme breaks Product Listing &
• Cataloging
• Create and maintain product pages with SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and proper categorization
• Ensure listing hygiene
- correct SKUs, updated images, proper URL handles, and clean taxonomy
• Coordinate with content/design team to ensure assets are upload-ready and on-brand Delivery &
• Logistics Coordination
• Act as daily point of contact with logistics/courier partners (ShipClues, DTDC, Delhivery, or similar)
• Monitor the full fulfillment pipeline
- order processing, picking, dispatch delivery
• Track RTO (Return to Origin) rates and work with the team to reduce failed deliveries
• Handle customer escalations for delayed or undelivered shipments
• Maintain zone-wise freight tracking; flag discrepancies in billing or SLA breaches Order Management &
• Reconciliation
• Monitor daily order volumes, pending orders, and fulfillment TAT across channels
• Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners for smooth dispatch and returns processing
• Reconcile COD and prepaid orders; flag discrepancies with finance or checkout partners (GoKwik/Easebuzz) Reporting &
• MIS
• Maintain daily/weekly operations dashboards
- orders, shipments, RTO %, fulfillment rate
• Flag performance issues and suggest process improvements based on data
• Assist in product performance tracking and inventory planning inputs Must-Have Skills
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in D2C / e-commerce operations
• Proficient in Shopify
- product management, collections, discounts, and basic troubleshooting
• Experience in logistics coordination with courier/3PL partners
• Familiarity with order management workflows
- OMS, fulfillment, and returns
• Comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for tracking and reporting
• High attention to detail
- zero tolerance for listing errors or missed shipments Positive to Have
• Experience with GoKwik, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, or similar platforms
• Exposure to marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart) alongside D2C
• Basic understanding of SEO tagging and product cataloging best practices
