Content Creation Executive (Siliguri)

You will be responsible for shaping how Teabox shows up across digital platforms through engaging, creative, and performance-driven content. This role focuses on building attention, driving engagement, and translating the brands story into compelling short-form and platform-first content. Youll work on content that goes live across website, social media, and performance marketing channels, where creativity directly impacts audience interest, brand recall, and conversions. This is not just content posting its about creating content that performs. Key Responsibilities
- Screen presence- Comfortable, confident, and relatable on camera not performative.
- Voice clarity- Transparent diction, good pacing, sounds like you believe what you're saying.
- Brand alignment- Naturally fits the look, feel, and tone the brand projects to its audience.
- Fast learner- Absorbs product and category knowledge quickly without exhaustive briefing.
- Direction-friendly- Takes creative feedback on set and iterates without friction.
- Multilingual (preferred)- Comfortable in Hindi, Hinglish, and English depending on brief. Requirements
- 2 to 7 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media content
- Strong creative thinking with a flair for fun, engaging storytelling
- Proven experience in creating short-form content that drives engagement
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi
- Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
- Basic understanding or prior experience in the tea/beverage/lifestyle industry is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn What Were Looking For
- Strong ability to think of fresh, engaging, and fun content ideas.
- Hands-on experience in content creation across social media and digital platforms.
