We’re looking for a Quality Manager who can transform bamboo production with precision, compliance, and process-driven excellence. Department : Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Reporting To : Factory Head / Plant Manager / Operations Director Key Roles&Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance Planning 2. Raw Material Quality Inspection 3. In-Process Quality Control 4. Finished Product Inspection 5. Testing&Quality Standards 6. Documentation&Quality Records 7. Customer Complaint Handling 8. Process Improvement&Waste Reduction 9. Team Supervision&Training 10. Audit&Compliance Management Key Skills Required Strong understanding of bamboo processing and quality parameters Knowledge of QA/QC systems Inspection and testing techniques Root cause analysis (RCA) Documentation and reporting Problem-solving and analytical skills Team leadership Knowledge of ISO quality systemsPreferred Qualifications Diploma/B.Tech in: Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Wood/Bamboo Technology / Industrial Engineering / Quality Management Preferred Experience 10+ years in quality management Experience in bamboo, furniture, plywood, wood, handicraft, or panel manufacturing preferredExperience in export-quality manufacturing is an advantage About US: All Time Plastics Limited is located in Mumbai, the financial capital of India.
