Cost Control & Productivity Improvement 10. Documentation & Reporting Key Skills Required 1. Knowledge of bamboo processing and treatment 2. Production planning & inventory management 3. Lean manufacturing concepts 4. Team leadership 5. Problem-solving ability 6. Quality management 7. Machine operation knowledge 8. ERP/MS Excel reporting skills Preferred Qualifications Diploma/B. Tech in: Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Wood/Bamboo Technology Preferred Experience
- 10+ years in manufacturing operations
- Experience in bamboo, furniture, plywood, wood, handicraft, or panel manufacturing preferred.
