Production Line Supervisor (Silvassa)

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Line Supervisor to handle production line operations in the plastic recycling plant. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, production monitoring, machine coordination, quality control, and maintaining smooth line operations while ensuring safety and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily recycling and production line activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of recycling machines and production processes.
- Achieve daily production targets with minimum downtime.
- Handle manpower allocation and shift coordination.
- Monitor raw material feeding, segregation, grinding, washing, and final output processes.
- Coordinate with maintenance team during machine breakdowns.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, GMP, and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production and shift reports.
- Coordinate with QA, Stores, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
- Train operators and workers for process discipline and productivity.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements. Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in plastic recycling, manufacturing, or production industry.
- Positive manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
