Job Description: Position: Maintenance Engineer Location: Silvassa Experience: 2
- 3 Years Industries: Packaging Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production and packaging machinery.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry safety and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, HACCP if applicable).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history using CMMS or other systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, and vendors for parts, services, and utilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as root cause analysis, lean maintenance practices, and energy efficiency programs.
- Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, or relocations with minimal disruption to production.
- Lead emergency response efforts for critical breakdowns and ensure contingency plans are in place. Required Skills:

- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
