Mechanical Service Engineer (Umargam)

Job Title: Service Engineer Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our machinery and equipment. This role requires solid technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Agitator Nutsche Filter, Vacuum Tray Dryer, Fluid Bed Dryer, Sparkler Filter etc
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance or service engineering roles.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with our machinery such as Sparkler Filter, Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Rotocone Vacuum Dryer (RCVD), Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD), etc. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
