The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare, pharma, dental, medical devices, or related industries and possess strong relationship-building and sales capabilities. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories and market segments ✔ Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, key accounts, and healthcare professionals ✔ Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve targets ✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities ✔ Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships ✔ Coordinate product presentations, meetings, and customer demonstrations ✔ Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management ✔ Collaborate with internal teams for effective customer support and market expansion ✔ Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities ✔ Travel as required for business development activities Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, BDS or related field ✔ MBA preferred ✔ 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Healthcare, Pharma, Dental, Medical Devices preferred) ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ✔ Proven track record of achieving business targets ✔ Ability to build and manage professional relationships ✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools ✔ Willingness to travel ✔ BDS graduates who are looking to transition into non-clinical / corporate roles in business development are also encouraged to apply Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4m5n6r
