Job Requirements And Responsibilities

Store supervision

Ensure store displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards.

Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.

Maintain accurate records of all materials at stores.

Work with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of materials.

Track the supply chain for any delays and report issues to the relevant departments.

Manage the issuance of materials to various departments based on production requirements.

Generate and review reports on material consumption, stock levels, and shortages.

Preparation of GI and GRN

Prepare dispatch documentation, including delivery notes, shipping labels, invoices, and customs documents.

Update the inventory system after the dispatch of goods to maintain real-time stock levels.

Keep records of returns or rejected goods.

Requirements Qualification And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Basic computer proficiency including MS Office.

Proven in inventory management systems and warehouse practices.

Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving skills to address issues related to shipping, inventory discrepancies, or supply chain challenges.
