- Factory Shop Floor Job Summary Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring the shop floor washrooms and common areas are clean safe and well-maintained Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cleaning operations on the shop floor Assign duties and manage housekeeping staff Check workers uniforms and ensure cleanliness and proper grooming Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards Maintain stock of cleaning materials and equipment Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance Coordinate with production and admin teams for housekeeping needs Requirements 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping in a factory industrial setup Strong supervision and communication skills Knowledge of cleaning procedures chemicals and safety protocols Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00
