Production Supervisor (Silvassa)

Primary Role Monitor and supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Ensure adherence to production schedules quality standards and safety guidelines Maintain production records SAP entries Guide train and motivate workers operators to improve efficiency Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues lan daily weekly monthly production schedules based on customer orders and sales forecasts Coordinate with Stores Purchase for timely availability of raw materials and consumables Track work-in-progress WIP and ensure timely completion of orders Monitor machine capacity utilization and reduce downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives 5S Kaizen Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00
