Position Title: Production Manager
Department: Production / Operations
Reporting To: Factory Head / Plant Manager / Director
Key Roles & Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution Raw Material Management Process Supervision Quality Control Team Management Machinery & Maintenance Coordination Inventory & Waste Control Safety & Compliance Cost Control & Productivity Improvement Documentation & Reporting
Key Skills Required Knowledge of bamboo processing and treatment
Production planning & inventory management
Lean manufacturing concepts
Team leadership
Problem-solving ability
Quality management
Machine operation knowledge
ERP/MS Excel reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B. Tech in: Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Wood/Bamboo Technology
Preferred Experience 10+ years in manufacturing operations
Experience in bamboo, furniture, plywood, wood, handicraft, or panel manufacturing preferred.
