Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market for UPVC & Aluminium windows, doors, and related products.
- Build a strong pipeline of builders, architects, contractors, and developers to increase company sales. Lead Generation
- Generate new leads through site visits, references, networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Maintain a proper database of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into business opportunities. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Meet new clients, understand their project requirements, and present suitable UPVC & Aluminium solutions.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and dealers to ensure repeat business. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions to improve business growth. Dealer & Channel Partner Development
- Identify and appoint new dealers or distributors in potential markets.
- Support channel partners with product information, pricing, and marketing materials to increase their sales performance. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams such as design, production, and dispatch to ensure smooth execution of client orders and timely delivery of products. Negotiation & Closing
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
- Ensure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Regularly analyze market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to identify recent opportunities for business expansion. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain proper records of sales activities, client meetings, and project details.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management for review. Job Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience
- 3
- 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in UPVC & Aluminium industry. Skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Tools
