Accountant (Valsad)

JJ Jewellers is looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated accountant to join our team full-time. The role involves managing daily billing, bank reconciliation, inventory records, and general accounting support. We are looking for someone responsible, ambitious, and willing to grow with the business. Candidates who show strong work ethic, accuracy, and the ability to learn quickly will be appreciated and promoted based on performance. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and purchase bills
- Reconcile bank statements and match transactions accurately
- Keep inventory records updated regularly
- Maintain account records and financial documentation
- Track payments, receipts, and pending balances
- Support day-to-day accounting and office work
- Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate stock and billing entries
- Report any mismatch in accounts, inventory, or billing records
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial information Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in billing, bank reconciliation, and inventory management preferred
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work responsibly and complete tasks on time
- Honest, reliable, and willing to learn
- Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or inventory-based business is a plus What We Offer
