Formwork Design Engineer, Valsad

Profile : Formwork Design Engineer Company: Safety Projects Pvt. Ltd. Location: Umargam Department: Engineering / Construction Technology Reports To: Engineering Manager / Design LeadKey Responsibilities: Study and interpret architectural and structural drawings for lift shafts, core walls, and facades.Design custom self-climbing platform systems, including: Hydraulic or mechanical lifting mechanisms Anchoring and bracket systems Platform framing, walking decks, and safety rails Prepare and deliver: General Arrangement (GA) drawings Detailed 3D models (using SolidWorks or similar tools)Connection and assembly details Structural analysis reports (STAAD Pro, ANSYS, or SolidWorks Simulation) Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication Collaborate with internal teams including design, fabrication, and site execution to refine and finalize engineering solutions. Ensure all designs meet relevant safety codes, load-bearing criteria, and erection standards.Support field teams with technical inputs during installation and system commissioning.
