We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Treat Hotels&Resorts as we grow and innovate in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Creative Direction: Develop and implement visually compelling designs for all marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and excellence. Brand Development: Strengthen and maintain a cohesive brand identity through innovative design solutions.Design Execution: Create high-quality visuals and videos leveraging your expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful creative assets for various campaigns. Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.Requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of professional design experience , ideally with a background in creative leadership or agency roles. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand building and creative campaign execution. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and inspire creativity within the team.Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
