Plant Finance Controller will oversee the financial management and reporting for activities within the manufacturing industry. Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Ensure accurate reporting of financial performance and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with plant managers to monitor and analyze production costs. Manage inventory accounting and ensure proper valuation in line with company policies. Provide financial insights to plant leadership for decision-making. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize financial operations.Profile A Successful Plant Finance Controller Should Have CMA, CA certification is highly preferrable. 5+ years of experience in controlling and accounting background. Experience/knowledge in SAP is a must. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
