Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk activities and handle daily office communication. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office records.

Key Responsibilities Welcome visitors and clients professionally Handle incoming calls and emails Maintain visitor records and office files Schedule meetings and appointments Coordinate with staff and departments Manage basic administrative tasks Handle courier and mail activities Maintain cleanliness of reception area Ensure confidentiality of company information

Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling Good communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and skilled behavior Organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualification

Minimum: Any Graduate

Experience

Fresher or 1 year of experience
