Hse Engineer (Silvassa)

Role & responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) that complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training on industrial safety procedures, emergency response planning, and incident investigation techniques to employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies, procedures, and protocols for safe work practices.
- Ensure effective communication of safety information through regular reporting, meetings, and other means. Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in HSE engineering or related field.
- Diploma/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline; B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred.
- Robust knowledge of industrial safety principles, OSHA regulations, EHS guidelines.
