Project Site Engineer (Sinnar)

Company Introduction: Catapharma Group was formed in 1986 with the coming together of three young chemical engineers with a strong desire to apply their technical skills to productive industrial activity. Presently, the group comprises of around 110 people with a core activity of manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals. This is backed up by well-equipped research lab and pilot plant for development of new products and up-gradation of existing processes. The group is currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their project team in Sinnar. Job Context: We are seeking a Project Site Engineer to manage and execute in office project activities, coordinate with internal teams and contractors, and ensure timely, safe, and quality completion of civil and mechanical works.
- Preparation of project work (Civil, Structure, Piping, insulation, painting, equipment erection & commissioning, Hvac, plumbing, inhouse fabrication) schedule to meet the target within the planned time frame.
- Co-ordination with Design team, store team, production and contractors for preparing DPR (Daily Plan Report), and protocols (safety permit, WO, etc.) for Site work.
- Preparing of BOM (Bill of Material) checking, material requirements, material availability checking with store department.
- Preparation of monthly project Completion plan.
- Preparation of man power schedule for proper utilization.
- Manpower handling and stage inspection of all project working at site. (filling of checklist as per SOP)
- Co-ordination with contractors & Design team during executing the job as per Drawing.
- Preparations of schedule for achieving targets on time.
- Maintain Safety activities at site.
- Checking & updating work at site and updating billing file according to same.
- Co-ordination with Production, store & maintenance team in Shutdown, Pre monsoon & Maintenance work.
- Maintain relationships with Contractors, as well as staff.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Checking all department work orders, completing work within period time and closing work order with safety work permits.
- Project Handover with testing reports. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits:
