Process Developer R&D (Maintenance Dept.) (Sivakasi)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional for the Process R&D; Maintenance Department to support process development, optimization, and maintenance of pilot and production-scale equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of R&D; processes, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Process R&D; equipment, pilot plants, and laboratory systems
- Support scale-up and technology transfer from R&D; to production
- Coordinate with Process R&D;, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Assist in process trials, validation, and optimization studies
- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and logbooks
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹240,000.00
