Process Developer R&d Maintenance Dept Sivakasi

We are seeking a skilled and proactive qualified for the Process R&D; Maintenance Department to support process development, optimization, and maintenance of pilot and production-scale equipment. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of R&D; processes, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot Process R&D; equipment, pilot plants, and laboratory systems Support scale-up and technology transfer from R&D; to production Coordinate with Process R&D;, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities Assist in process trials, validation, and optimization studies Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and logbooks Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and regulatory guidelines Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00
- ₹300,000.00 per year
