Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our growing team for commercial interior fit-out projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOQ based on shared 3D views and drawings

• Client coordination and regular follow-ups

• Material tracking and procurement coordination

• Preparation & maintenance of activity trackers and project reports

• Raw material quantity calculations and quantity verification

• On-site measurements and coordination with execution team

• Billing support and project documentation

• Handling handover documentation and project close-out records

• Material approvals and sample coordination with client/consultants

• Review of drawings and coordination for client approvals

• Design coordination between client, consultants, and execution team

• Sub-vendor coordination & management

• Tracking project progress, timelines, and site activities

• Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams

• Maintaining project records, approvals, MOMs, and site documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in interior fit-out / construction projects preferred

• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and project coordination

• Ability to understand drawings, materials, and site execution process

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking sheets

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualifications

- Project Planning and Scheduling skills, with attention to detail and time management
- Knowledge of Interior Fit-Out procedures, quality control, and design coordination
- Solid Communication and Collaboration skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in Project Documentation, Reporting, and Administrative Support
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills with an ability to adapt to changing project demands
- Working knowledge of tools like MS Office and project management software
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience or internship in interior fit-out or project coordination will be an advantage
- Familiarity with local compliance, health, and safety standards is a plus
