Payroll and Operations Executive (Solapur)

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Salary: 30-35K Per Month

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

About Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes along with supporting day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of payroll compliance, attendance management, employee records, and basic operational coordination.

Key Responsibilties:

Payroll Responsibilities: 70%

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines
- Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary inputs
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with employees for payroll-related queries
- Maintain payroll records, salary structures, and employee documentation
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports
- Coordinate full & final settlements and employee reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Operations Responsibilities: 30%

- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for operational requirements
- Maintain office records, trackers, and documentation
- Release offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee documents
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and joining formalities
- Support petty cash management and operational reporting
- Handle miscellaneous operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in payroll processing and HR operations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll software
- Understanding of statutory compliance processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
