Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Reception and Travel Admin is located in Pune Division. The responsibilities include managing front desk activities, handling phone calls, welcoming visitors, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including record keeping and organization
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage travel arrangements and multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude and a qualified demeanor
- Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is an advantage
