Lead Secretarial (Solapur)

We are hiring a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) for a Lead Secretarial Role with 5–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end secretarial activities. The role requires solid expertise in statutory compliances, board processes, corporate governance, and regulatory filings. Candidates with proven experience in handling secretarial functions independently and stakeholder management are preferred. Secretarial Compliance Monitor end-to-end tracking and adherence of secretarial compliances, with timely identification and closure of compliance gaps. POA & LOA Processing and Governance Support issuance of Power of Attorney (POA) and Letters of Authority (LOA), including drafting, approvals, registration, and stakeholder coordination. Statutory Registers & Records Management Maintain and periodically update all statutory registers and secretarial records in compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, and audit requirements. Regulatory Filings & Statutory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, stock exchange submissions, and regulatory documentation in line with applicable laws. Corporate Governance & Policy Compliance Monitor and update corporate governance frameworks and company policies to align with evolving regulatory requirements. Annual Report & AGM/NCLT Coordination Support preparation of Annual Report and ensure seamless execution of AGM/NCLT processes, including documentation and cross-functional coordination. Website Compliance & Stamp Duty Adjudication Support Ensure timely updates of investor-related disclosures on the company website and support stamp duty adjudication processes for M&A; activities.
