Key Responsibilities2.1 Project Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverablesTranslate business requirements into structured development plansCreate and manage detailed project roadmaps and sprint cyclesEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery2.2 Team Management & CoordinationManage cross-functional teams including:o Frontend Developers (Next.Js)o Backend Developers (Django)o Mobile Developers (React Native)o QA/Test Engineerso UI/UX DesignersAllocate tasks and monitor productivity across teamsConduct daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions2.3 Delivery & Milestone ManagementEnsure all milestones are delivered on time and within scopeTrack progress using tools such as Jira or equivalentIdentify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strict control over scope changes and dependencies2.4 QA & Release ManagementEnforce strict QA processes before milestone approvalEnsure all deliverables meet acceptance criteria:o No critical or high-priority bugso Fully functional workflowsCoordinate testing cycles including:o Functional testingo Integration testingo Regression testingApprove releases for staging and production2.5 Stakeholder CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact between:o Business stakeholderso Development teamsProvide regular progress reports and updatesEscalate issues with clear recommendations and solutions2.6 Technical OversightEnsure adherence to system architecture and best practicesReview technical decisions across:o Next.Js frontendo Django backend (CRM & booking logic)o React Native mobile appsValidate API integrations, data flows, and system performance2.7 Deployment & HandoverOversee deployment on AWS infrastructureEnsure complete documentation is delivered:o Technical documentationo API documentationo Deployment guidesCoordinate final handover and post-launch support3. Required Skills & Experience3.1 Experience5-10+ years in Project Management (Software / SaaS / Platforms)Proven experience managing full-stack development projectsExperience delivering production-grade applications (not prototypes)3.2 Technical Knowledge (Must Have)Strong understanding of:o Next.Js (Frontend Architecture)o Django / Python Backend Systemso React Native Mobile AppsFamiliarity with:o REST APIs & microserviceso Cloud platforms (AWS preferred)o CRM systems and integrations (Zoho experience is a plus)3.3 Project Management ToolsJira / ClickUp / Asana (or equivalent)Agile / Scrum methodologySprint planning and backlog management3.4 Core CompetenciesStrong leadership and team coordination skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilityHigh attention to detail and quality controlAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyStrong communication and reporting skills4.
